It'll look like your dog — not a stock illustration. You upload your own photo and we print it directly on the napkin in full colour. The clearer the photo, the sharper the result. A well-lit shot against a simple background works best. We send you a digital proof before anything goes to print, so you'll see exactly how it looks and can request changes before we produce a single napkin.
How many napkins do I actually need for my wedding?
How many napkins do I actually need for my wedding?
The rule of thumb is 2–3 napkins per guest for a cocktail hour. So for 80 guests, that's 160–240 napkins. Most couples order 100 for an intimate wedding or 150–200 for larger receptions — it's always better to have a few extra than run out mid-event. If you're using them at the bar only, 100 is usually plenty for up to 120 guests.

Absolutely. Nothing goes to print until you approve it. Once you place your order, we'll send a digital proof within 1–2 business days. If something's off — the text, the layout, the photo crop — just tell us and we'll fix it. We go back and forth until you're happy. Only after your written approval do we send it to production.

6 weeks is plenty of time. Our typical timeline is 1–2 days for your proof, up to 2 days for your approval and any revisions, then 7–10 business days for production and shipping from our facility. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your wedding date to be comfortable. If you're cutting it close, message us before ordering and we'll let you know if a rush is possible.
