All our products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by region, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship worldwide from our partner studios. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

Because each piece is made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what you ordered, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no extra cost.
Please email us at info@tillopets.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging.
